By accessing or using the SkyNotes app ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
SkyNotes provides aviation-related tools, including audio recording, trip logging, and sharing functionalities, designed to support pilots in training and operational scenarios. The App is intended solely for educational and training purposes and is not a replacement for compliance with FAA or other aviation regulatory authorities' rules.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.
4. LICENSE TO USE
SkyNotes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or authorized business purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without prior written consent.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, including FAA regulations and local aviation laws.

8. DISCLAIMERS
No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Not a Replacement for Professional Training: The App is for educational purposes and should not be used as a substitute for professional pilot training, judgment, or compliance with aviation regulations.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SkyNotes and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from aviation incidents or non-compliance with aviation laws.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
